Everything was really wonderful, almost all of the staff was very friendly and personable. I did find that the drinks were incredibly expensive and maybe not worth the price, I felt like they were a bit stingy with their pours! Love the resort tho!

We had more than a few challenges, and the response from the hotel's management was less than professional. This was a disappointment, as we have stayed there before and the approach, even when things went wrong, was always professional. I am hoping that this was a one-off experience!

I stayed at Cambridge during Bermuda's off season and, seriously, I think I was the only guest on the property! Because of that, at night it was almost creepy--deserted and dark even just walking to the property's restaurant!

It was a half bottle not a full bottle as promised. Staff were lovely, but the sound deadening was poor. For such an expensive resort I think it has some way to go to be Oberoi standard.

The location is fantastic. Beaches on both sides, pristine views, not crowded, the staff is fantastic. Incredibly friendly and kind. A well managed hotel. The food options are great. 4 restaurants with gourmet food options and great in room dining as well. Couldn’t be happier to stay here
