"Check-in was seamless and stress-free, which got our trip off to a great start. The kitchen was excellent—well-stocked, clean, and perfect for preparing meals during our stay. We also had no issues with the Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected when needed.We loved the clubhouse, especially the two pools that our grandchildren absolutely enjoyed. The private beach was nearby and easy to access, adding to the convenience and relaxation of our stay.Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. Highly recommend!"

"Great home for a large group of 50. Fully furnished kitchen, we had all the supplies we needed. Set up of the home is great for quiet areas and well as gathering areas. "

"What a gorgeous property! We have been holding family reunions for years, and we agree that this has been the best venue of all. The view from the back deck is spectacular. North Beach is only 15 minutes away, but the private beach available to the property is only 2 minutes away and turned out to be our favorite. We loved the dual fire pits, swings and slides, pickleball court,and ping pong table on site, as well as the pool at the clubhouse just down the road. The biggest hit for the younger children was the indoor spiraling slide from 2nd floor to basement. Finally, it goes without saying that there was plenty of interior room, with a huge central gathering area, plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, and did I mention the view?"

"This was our 15th consecutive year going to Bear Lake. And the stay at North Beach Flats was one of best places we’ve stayed. Great location, safe for my family, and plenty of room. Minor delay when checking in, but the host was quick to respond, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend staying here. "
