Enjoyed our stay. Very clean, great location, loved the free public transport pass. Only negative was the parking. It was quite confusing where we were allowed to park Some instructions prior to arrival would have helped immensely. Had to walk quite far in the lot to the hotel.

There’s some kind of issue with the noise the doors make as they close. It sounds like they are closing right into your room. The air conditioning was on power save the whole time and it was warm in the room with no air circulation. It would have been nice if the window wasn’t locked shut. The robot pizza making machine didn’t work but wasn’t marked as broken. The rooftop bar was nice and bartender was very nice. Front desk staff were nice and helpful.

Nice modern hotel in a good location next to the Rosengarten. Great view from the rooftop bar over the old town and to the mountains. Friendly helpful staff. Car parking below. Nice size room with good bathroom. The bed was a little too hard for us but otherwise no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay. The room was exactly as advertised - basic yes, but well designed and clean. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was great - I think the pancake machine made my son’s holiday! Will definitely be staying here again as well as checking out locations for other Radisson Prize hotels.

Good place to stay since Bern station is just 10 mins away and the bus stop is across the road. Room cleaning was not up to standard. Bed was made up and trash was cleaned. That's about it. Vaccuming or swiping the tables once in three night would have been nice. Pillows were not comfortable. Bed was good. AC didn't work. If it did, it never brought the temp below 27 degrees when people were inside. I kept windows open at night. Friendly and responsive staff

Simple review: I wouldn’t stay here or suggest anyone stay here. Everything was odd (like the bizarre smell in the hallways, plastic chair in the room, no fridge) or uncomfortable (like the bed or ac that didn’t get cooler than around 23 Celsius). The hotel was also quite a distance from anything in the city… EXCEPT a supermarket that was conveniently located right next door. The prices there were great, since everything in Bern is outrageously expensive. Speaking of cost, this was not an inexpensive hotel for what you get, plus the breakfast is NOT included. I would definitely suggest finding somewhere else to stay.
