"The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable enough. Two things that struck me as odd: 1. We arrived between 14:45-14:50 and they would not check people in until 15:00. I had pre-checked in online, but the kiosks to get a room key were not on. Once it hit 1458 a huge queue started to form and caused a bottleneck. It seemed quick stupid not to check guests in a few minutes early to mitigate some of this chaos and unnecessary waiting. 2. The gym/spa are not included in the stay and are an additional 15 euro. I picked this location since I thought the sauna would be nice to relax pre-flight."

"Spacious and clean room, but lack of furniture. Convenient location, just outside of Main Train Station. Room service needs additional request to the front dest, which is not convenient!"

"I was only in the hotel for 1 evening. Arriving at 7pm and departing at 8am. The hotel is my preferred option in Berlin due to its proximity to the Alexanderplatz station and direct link to the airport. The room allocated as a good size for a single occupant. The bed was really comfortable and the clean warm and clean. There was coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with lots of hot and cold options. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The WiFi signal was very good. I will stay at the hotel again when visiting Berlin."
