Super Value - Clean and comfortable, nice staff, nice parks next. A bit far from the city center, but the M4 tram (about 8 minutes walking) is available almost 24h a day.

Everything was great, except not functioning or super slow internet connection in room.

A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.

I liked the location across the street from a section of the Berlin Wall and adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Local restaurants were excellent and there is a mall within walking distance. Several Hop-on and Hop-off busses were also close. Well placed! the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area.

Great hotel! Excellent service. Rooms are a little bit on the smaller size but super clean and perfect for our little vacation.

The property appeared very well taken care of. The staff was friendly and communicated with me very well in English. They had no obligation to do so, but they did it for me. I appreciate that above all else. There were other amenities at the property such as a gym and a sauna that I had no use for since my health is not appropriate for such activities. Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location right by the Brandenburg gates

The breakfast was excellent! While it was a little gritty outside, it was a very short walk to the train station as well as good restaurants. The staff was also very friendly.

The location seems to be depopulated after 17:00, but that’s ok. It’s close to Alexanderplaz. The Klosterstraße U-Bahn station (U2 line) is across the street and the Rotes Rathouse station (U5 line) is maybe 4 blocks away. The breakfast options were all quite good. The room was clean and modern. The AC wasn’t as cold as my non-European comfort level would prefer, but the windows tilt open. One interesting thing to check out are the locks on the Spree river, just a short walk from the hotel....
