"Our stay here had the convenience of being able to walk the town, conveniently located by the public transit and the included breakfast was amazing. We did have an alarm going off in our room at midnight that obviously wasn’t hooked up to telling anyone because my husband had to walk down to the lobby and get help. We also had a rogue toilet that flushed 5-7 times after pressing it once. But this wouldn’t discourage me from booking here again. I also felt the staff was overwhelmed with a new system and weren’t as welcoming as they could have been. Overall it was a great place to stay."

"Hotel location was perfect, walkable to many locations and public transport. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only criticism was how warm the room was, they don't have proper air-con so very limited in trying to cool the room down - if we were staying in the summer this would have been a real issue."

"The hotel was very clean and modern. The reception staff when we arrived were efficient but not especially welcoming. The room had very comfortable beds, was clean and tidy, but the lighting in the room was terrible - very dark. The pool is very small but pleasant, but the changing facilities in the spa were very cramped. The location of the hotel is excellent - very central and walking distance of most of the major sights. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast - fantastic selection on the buffet each morning which was all delicious, and good coffee. The only let down was one morning we came down they couldn’t find us a table because they were catering for a conference party and put us in the atrium public seating area away from the restaurant and expected us to walk back and forth up and down steps with our selection from the buffet which was not ideal because the hotel was so crowded. We had one evening meal on the first night which was tasty but small menu, small portions and overpriced compared to other local restaurants. The cocktails were good but again pricey. Overall a great first trip to Berlin thank you."
