"It's the only hotel normally available on Expedia in Eberswalde. It's clean, the rooms are good, there is no reception but we are immediately informed about that. In my several stays lasting more than 2 days, the problem was that the rooms are NEVER made up during the stay. At the point that twice I had to go to the local Rossman to buy soap and toilet paper. "Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die zimmer sind ok , dass bad sollte mal renoviert werden, also 4 sterne ist das nicht, z. b. man kann sich im waschbecken nicht richtig die Hände waschen, da der wasserhahn viel zu kurz ist für das Waschbecken und auch sehr niedrig, "
