"Herr und Frau Kratzsch waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles da was man benötigt.Eine schöne Umgebung und die ruhige Lage von Rockau haben uns sehr gefallen. Es gibt gleich in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle und man kommt recht schnell in die Stadt Dresden. "

"Wir sind zu viert angereist und haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Diese schöne und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen, sie ist ruhig gelegen und viel Grün drumherum. Herrlich. Schränke sind in allen Räumen mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Wir hatten recht warme Tage, aber abends, wenn wir von unseren Tagestouren zurück gekommen sind, war die Wohnung schnell gelüftet und abgekühlt, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat.Ein Ventilator hat auch für kühle Luft gesorgt.Rundum...

"Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. Sie ist modern ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, nur 5 min fußläufig zum Elbufer sowie zur Tram und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Des Weiteren verfügt die FeWo über einen kleinen Garten mit Sitzmöglickeiten sowie einem Whirlpool. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Zur Begrüßung an einem heißen Sommertag stellte die Vermieterin für uns kalte Getränke bereit, was uns sehr gefallen...

Die Lage ist gut, städtisch, aber doch ruhig gelegen.Laut Inserat sollte es eine Dusche geben, die nicht vorhanden war. Auf dem Balkon wäre ein Sonnenschirm nicht schlecht und bei Wärme erhitzt sich die Wohnung relativ schnell."
