A great base for walking or cycling. Friendly helpful staff. We had a twin room which was comfortable and had everything we needed. The set up works really well as the rooms are separate from the Inn with an entrance for residents to access the restaurant for meals. I would certainly recommend a stay.

We booked here as we could have our dog stay with us and it was a convenient half way stop from near Inverness to Coventry. The room was fabulous and bed really comfortable, however, it was very noisy because of the A1 and the traffic namely Lorries which kept us awake all night. Otherwise it was ok

Rooms were clean, but a little soul-less. Staff were lovely and always smiling. There is a noisy kitchen fan on during the day, but it is switched off at about 9, so it was not an issue for sleeping.

Northumberland Niceness!

Lovely conveniently located Inn, very comfortable rooms and clean. Donna on reception was so friendly and helpful, she is an asset to this organisation. Very decent hot breakfast too.

Lovely hotel in convenient location. Close to Holy island around 10 miles from Berwick. Breakfast good, room very good. Bar prices a little high. Very friendly staff.

Road trip first night

Great room for 3 adults and a dog. Super dog friendly which was a bonus. Breakfast wast vast and scrumptious. Staff were sooo friendly. Will be back!

Great staff and great food & drinks at the pub. Easy parking and we were welcomed the moment we opened the door. Room was comfortable and it's very easy to get to the Holy Island from here. I would definitely recommend staying here, as I know we would again.

Great access to holy island.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, spacious room, great shower. Food choice was good. Downside the amount of curry my wife had could of been more plentiful. My teriyaki fish needed more seasoning, I don't usually add salt or pepper to meals but in this case had to. Saying that my 2 friends steak and linguine was apparently lovely. The full English was exceptionally good and plentiful

Good location and a good hotel.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Lindisfarne, this hotel offers comfortable reasonably appointed and clean rooms with an adjacent restaurant. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was tasty and well presented. Excellent breakfast.
