Concernant l'accueil, les services, la restauration, le bar, l'animation, l'entretien des jardins, etc... par les différents personnels, tout a été parfait. "My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again."

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS and hotel was aware

"BEDBUGS!!!! Hotel was very aware of this bedbug issue, yet guest are welcome. I stayed in Italy at BnB, which was fabulous, so this was our second try, now we know , never again! Front desk girl kind of interrogated us in so many words: if we traveled by train… We travel by my own car!!! Stayed in great, clean hotels!!! "

"This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend."
