The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay, and the breakfast offering was excellent, with a good variety of both buffet and made-to-order options. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The room appeared to be in need of a rewire, and being situated above a wedding function meant there was noise late into the morning hours, with furniture being moved around for cleaning. The mattress was firmer than expected, which may not suit all guests. Additionally, on arrival, I felt the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a nice stay with some areas that require attention for improvement. "

"Location was ideal for me as i needed to stay near family. Although there is nothing near by apart from Starbucks, Costa, KFC 10 mins away. The rooms were ok, bedding was clean Although underneath the beds was not. I found not nice things in there, like chewing gum, cigarette papers, French fries. I only used the rooms to sleep and shower. The main issue for me was the window latches were missing or very loose and i did not feel safe while sleeping. The windows are not double glazed. The room was on the ground floor. The weather was quite windy and the room was not warm due to the thin windows. I am ensure if i would stay there again. Next time i would specify a room in the top floor with no window latches missing. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights over bank holiday. The place is so nice. Lovely staff. Very attentive there is a bar, cocktail bar, restaurant, rooms all greatly decorated. Food very great. Would definitely stay here again"
