"We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! "Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, but window in bathroom couldn't be opened and fan didn't work. Restaurant had a good choice of food. We had booked room only ..but probably should have changed to all inclusive as ate there mostly. Public areas - staircases particularly weren't swept or cleaned very often which was a pity. Also place had a tired look...doors and some walls needed paint. However, overall we enjoyed our stay. "
