"We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! "Lovely hotel with great rooms and nice breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a great beach just outside with cheap umbrella and sunbed hire too. We had a very relaxing stay."

"The entertainment was excellent especially Wajde in the animation team. The neds and pillows were really comfortable, but the shower was lacking power. Food choice was limited as was the drinks at lunch and dinner, the waiters were polite and friendly unless you asked for a second drink, you couldn't self serve which was an inconvenience "

"WE FOUND THE STAFF WHERE VERY FREINDLY AND VERY HELPFULCHECKING IN TO ALL THE BAR STAFF AND OF COURSE THE RESTURANT.THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN .I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THEOUTSTANDINGENTERTAINMENT IN THE LOBBY BAR .THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADVISE IS FOR THE TELEVISION WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE SINGING BE TURNED OFF .WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR ALTOGETHER WE SPENT 21 DAYS OF ENJOYMENT.
