This was the second year in row that I stayed at the XQ El Palacete. I travel a lot for business and leisure and I believe this is one of the best hotels in Europe. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The chefs and dining room staff were first class. The food was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. When I go to the Canary Islands, this is the only hotel where I will stay. I'm already looking forward to...

Great hotel, amazing room with a fantastic seaview. Good quality half board buffet. Excellent pools and pool bars. Great staff. The one let down was the tired old rule of long trousera for men in the restaurant. This really has to change, totally outdated. I understand why the rule was originally put in place (to keep up dress standards). The truth is now though that mamy men were in there wearing ill fitting, untidy jeans and even tracksuit bottoms with old trainers or flip flops. Whilst...

Good hotel, could do with some renovations….but overall it’s a lovely hotel and does what it says on the tin…lovely staff. Nobody seems to talk to anyone around the pool, just in the smoking area! lol

Very Nice location, direct access to the Beach. All the staff is fantastic from the réception to the restaurant The restaurant is good, offers Nice variety of food, that is changed over days and every evening a différent main plat Rooms are large and in good condition, everything worked, the shower is enormous. Only improvement could be a slightly softer bed (it is 2m wide) Sea view if a must have if you start here

Beautiful grounds and ocean view.

I was at the hotel for wingfoil lessons on the beach. The walk to instructors and rentals was under 5 minutes. Hotel was clean, orderly and well-maintained. Staff were all personable.
