Downside was that overall the rooms and public areas were very tired and in need of complete refurbishment/replacement. Sunbathing areas not sufficient for numbers of guests, a large number of sun loungers need replacing, very few (like none!) outdoor areas available for non-smokers which meant one had to walk through crowds of smokers...
