An old world hotel surrounded by a lovely pond and wild vegetation. Quiet enough to hear the frogs at night and the birds in the morning. Beds roomy and firm, helpful owner, decent breakfast, close to town and bike paths. Our room had huge windows that opened to the courtyard and pond below. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff were exceedingly welcome and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to clean my room and let me in early to make up for lost sleep from my trans-atlantic flight.
I was in the "old" rooms in the carriage house and my room did not have AC -- but I was able to open windows and let the breeze cool the room, which was even more delightful. The "newer" rooms do have AC.
The breakfast was in the attached restaurant and was a typical "European" spread; it was very good and more than...

Property reminds me of home . Spacious, clean . Property Manager and staff was super helpful and professional. Breakfast had so much to choose from and was delicious. A very pleasant stay . Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there when I’m in that area. Convenient to train and bus stations. Bed was comfy.
