"I got relocated for my booking at the last minute due to a system glitch. It was very upsetting at first but the Agent is very professional and kind in dealing with the situation, which I appreciated later on. I would still rate excellent although i didn’t get to experience to stay in this Hotel. They offer me a 1 free booking stay to any Drury Hotel. Hopefully it wont happened again. I would still recommend booking in this hotel coz it’s a walking distance to the Dome. "

"The staff were very helpful. We needed batteries for the tv remote and they sent someone up right away. The room was clean! The bed comfortable. The check in staff very helpful. Unfortunately, they are in the middle of a remodel so there was only one working elevator, no restaurant or breakfast. Would still stay here again. Convenient to downtown and the Dome of America."

"The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are gorgeous. Nice and clean. I requested extra blankets and they arrived quickly. My only complaint… the hotel doesn’t have Diet Coke. I ordered French toast for room service. The food wasn’t great. It was too trendy for me. Just plain ole French toast with butter and syrup would have been great. We were able to walk to everything and didn’t even need our car. We would definitely stay there again. "
