The property is old and the decorations and furniture inside the room are not very good. The floor made cracking noise very time we walked and the water pressure inside the bathroom was very weak. The safe didn’t wok at all. However, they had free hot breakfast during the 3 days we stayed so it was a plus.

Lovely hotel, I believe it has been updated as the bath featured spotless tile and new looking fixtures. Although situated in a village, it is strategically located to have trees all around and felt very private. Our room was huge. Has a pool, game room, exercise room and self help laundry. They could strive for a more varied breakfast to include more proteins. Lovely, quiet stay.

Disliked: Amenities
My wife and I stayed here on our trip for our anniversary. We put in a room on the first floor right by a door opening to the main lobby and across the elevator, it was pretty noisy early in the morning not ideal at all for sleeping in. We did ask upon check in to be moved and were told we couldn't. When we booked the listing said breakfast was included come to find out once at the hotel that breakfast was really just some muffins and yogurt and actual breakfast that one would think of for inclusion at hotel was only a handful of days each month, very misleading. The pool had large wads of hair floating around and the sauna was closed/broken. The good about the hotel was the location, we were very close to the things we wanted to see and do and places to eat.

Room had a weird smokey smell to it when we arrived although for the most part it was clean. Lots of parking. Sauna was a nice amenity although it rarely got hot in there and kids were running in and out unsupervised which was annoying.

The room was very clean and updated. The towels were plentiful and thick. The pool and sauna were lovely; the gym facilities were great as well. Laundry on site was convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a delicious mix of fresh baked goods and some fruit options which I was more than happy with. I love sweets but my partner is a very healthy eater. He only had coffee and a banana, so he found the selection less appealing. Would definitely stay again.

This place is unique in design & layout, but always a pleasant surprise. The location in Bethlehem is excellent for nordic skiing & local restaurant access. I love the floating fireplaces in the lobby & spacious, elegant rooms.
