Rooms are dirty, staff is unpleasant, it is pet friendly, air conditioning is ehhh! When we first checked into the room we found a roach crawling on the wall. The refrigerator is dirty, the counter top stove wasn’t cleaned very well! Just all around the the room was dirty and needs to be cleaned better! The bed was hard and me seems to be very uncomfortable!!

I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED. Booking this hotel was a severe and continuous lapse in my judgment. At first everything seemed alright. Room was smelly and fridge looked like someone spewed diarrHEA on it. After a few uncomfortable hours in the room, we ended up falling asleep around 10pm and then at about 12am I turned over in bed and saw a ROACH on my boyfriend’s chest. After we freaked out (as one does) we wanted to leave immediately. As we started to grab our things we saw ANOTHER COCKROACH in our bag. We again freaked tf out because why. We knew we had to accept defeat and leave our things behind. -10/10 experience never wanna even step foot into another hotel again. thanks for nothing ◡̈

My stay was decent. Only down side was that the fire alarm went off at 2am while me and my spouse were sleeping, causing us to have to stand outside (in cool weather) for 30-45 minutes. Other than that hiccup everything was great

Avoid like the plague

The hotel is laid out well. Elevator on the other side of a privacy door, full wood floors, but I’ve never seen more bugs in a hotel room in my entire life and I’ve stayed in a hotel rooms all over the world. It was a last-minute booking for a hockey tournament after deciding not to stay in an RV near the rink. Big mistake.

The hotel was dirty the room had roaches the bathroom didn’t flush I was waking up at 5 in the more and had to evacuate the room because the fire alarm was going off . Stand up outside in the cold with my children and nobody came and apologize for the inconvenience the hotel was terrible.
