"The hotel is very nice, and clean and the room was especially quiet (no A/C noise) and very large. A separate living room/kitchen area and then the bedroom. Very high ceiling and cozy furniture made it very relaxing. There was a slight issue with the sink draining, but they fixed it quickly. The gym, like most in the UK, was small, but it was clean and had modern equipment. I would definitely stay here again if I could."

"My room was clean and bed was freshly made and clean. Check in was easy and pleasant. Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Front Desk gentleman carried my luggage up two flights of stairs. Very kind. Would stay again. "

"The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough good about how wonderful they were. Coming from the U.S., we may have made some assumptions and had unrealistic expectations of a hotel in London. The room was smaller than we are used to. We expected a room with 2 twin beds and a full size bed to have space between each bed; the twin beds were pushed together with only a small space between the full bed and twin. Although there was a cubbie/shelf area with a hanger bar, there was no closet or dresser to unpack into. We assumed that there would be wash cloths in addition to the towels provided. The towels were only changed once in our 6 night stay. Although we did not bring this to the attention of the staff, our daughter slept on top of the covers and used an airplane sleep pillow as the sheets on her bed had a stain on them or were dirty. The website indicated that the hotel has a/c. Upon check-in we were told that there is normally a daily fee for a/c; however, this fee was waived because they were having a heatwave during our stay. The hotel was conveniently located about a 10 minute to the tube station which was necessary as the location was far from London tourist areas."
