"Unfortunately the lift was not working and even though I was given a first floor room, breakfast was then two long flights down in the basement. I appreciate it was beyond their control and it broke just before my stay. That is why I have marked my stay as a 4. Also there were minor lacks of repair - a loose tie back fell off the wall for example. "

"We stayed at the Town Hall while attending SXSW London in June ‘25. The event was based about a mile away between Shoreditch and Hoxton and we could hop on a bus to it and arrive in 10 minutes. Nearby is the sensational Victoria Park and the Sunday Flower Market. Breakfast at the hotel was heaven. Our suite had a full kitchen and the pool and gym are fantastic."

"Overall a lovely hotel in a great area surrounded by bars/restaurants. We had a dinner on the roof terrace which was outstanding and breakfast in the bar downstairs (fantastic quality too). The room was very spacious and immaculate but unfortunately they are all single glazed and I found it quite noisy from the street below. If you're not a light sleeper like me then I'm sure it's fine but I didn't have the best night unfortunately. Despite that, I would consider staying there again!"

"Nice hotel, but not really boutique 😄 Location is good, 15 minutes walk to underground and 10 to overground. Good bus service on main road taking you to Liverpool Street. Getting access to room was different, you have to go to Thai Restaurant, where you are given codes to enter the hotel area. Staff took me to the room, which was good but no reception. Room was good, what I would expect for budget hotel.. if you're expecting boutique, you'll be disappointed. Room size was very good,...
