If you are a woman and want to stay in London for few days without worry about your safety in shared rooms - this is a great option. Nice and helpful staff compensate for the cleanliness of the place (bathrooms and showers could use more often check-ups - lots of hairs everywhere but that what you get when 20 women can share space at once). Only thing you need to bare in mind is that you have no influence who you are sharing room with - that includes bunk beds (my second night felt like I was on ship with a girl moving in her sleep all night). If you like quiet space at all times and privacy you’d better off paying more for a private room in a hotel. But oerall, it’s a nice place and can recommend especially solo-female travellers. ☺️
