"Josh was a great host and easy to reach. The place is just as described. Easy to access, convenient with what we needed. Josh even stocked a few snacks. Which was thoughtful. My only wish was for an AC unit in the living room, as it is a bit warm being on the second floor, but he did have a fan. Which did help. Thanks for opening up your home to us."

My friend and I did end up buying a shower mat since the one in the shower/tub was a bit dirty and another pillow because the second bedroom only had two rather small ones. "This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball. "I really can't say enough about this property. It is one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at, and that's coming from someone with extremely high standards. It is a tastefully updated home in an established neighborhood and has everything you need in a home away from home. We were only in town for a couple of days for a graduation.
