"The property needs a bit of an upgrade. If you are not too particular and you are there for pilgrimage this is an ok hotel. Close to the Basilica and shops."

"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Small flat useful for only sleeping, it's a shame that you need to clean it or they charge you a ridiculously expensive cleaning fee (50 euros)"

"Llevamos yendo a este alojamiento desde hace tres años. Nos gusta mucho por su ubicación y comodidad. Además de que los apartamentos para una familia de cinco están más que bien. Sí que pediríamos un poco más de cuidado en la limpieza. Pero por lo demás, estupendo, el trato muy bueno y cualquier problema te lo resuelven."

"Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. "

"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

"We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. Perhaps because we got a ground floor unit. - The patio was unusable (no privacy and plastic table and chairs were covered in bird poop). - Grounds weren't well kep with grass long, not outdoor seating around the pool (which is much smaller than expected with limited hours). - Check in process was frustrating. - Unit had absolutely no supplies (no hand soap, no...

"Appartments, notice this since there are no daily cleaning (which is fine by me) and you might need your own towels if travelling more than 2 people, likewise bring your own toiletpaper. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)"

"Réservation de 3 nuits avec le programme de fidélité Hôtel.com.. problème à l’arrivée, la personne de l’accueil trouve une confirmation avec Expédia. Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée !
