"The property is first of all, NOT in Bagnere de Bigorre but in Ossun ez Angles which is 15 min drive away from Bagneres and a bit cut off from shops etc, BUT this did not bother us since the house is quite high up on the mountains, has amazing views - we used to eat on the large table outside enjoying the scenery. Hotel Roissy Lourdes

10/10 Excellent

"I am so glad we chose Hotel Roissy for our first visit to Lourdes. We booked 2 rooms for our party of 5. They accommodated our request for an early check in and late checkout for one of the rooms so we could keep our luggage until our evening flight back to Paris. A wheelchair was made available for the entire stay. Their front desk lady, Seva, was very friendly and professional. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant and breakfast the following day. The room was clean and comfortable. They scheduled our taxi service the following day. Excellent services!"

"Great location. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Don’t pay for parking as there is free parking at the bottom of the road in the big car park. The outdoor pool was so unclean. It was apparently closed which was a surprise in Sunmer and during a heatwave but we were not informed of this. There were some residents jumping into it and I’d imagine they would have been poorly next day! Although the rooms were clean, the balconies were really dirty. We can to clean the surfaces to be able to lean on them. There were no chairs to sit out which was a shame. There was space in front of the balcony which had all broken glass and an old poor towel that had been left. Not nice to look onto. Our superior double had a coffee machine but in the 3 days we were there we only got two pods and they didn’t get restock each day. Same for the bottle of water. When we asked at reception we reluctantly got a further two. Overall a good hotel with a great location. Attention to detail could be better."
