"The hotel looks average from the outside, but inside it is very clean and smells new. The bed and furniture are good. The breakfast buffet is good, and the restaurant is very nice"

"In Lourdes, first item is location... and Belfry was perfect. in the middle of town about 300 meters from the Sanctuary and about 5 minutes in taxi from the train station. The hotel is a beautiful property. Rooms are large and clean. Has elevators and the property been extremely well kept. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfasts, although it was not included in our package, was reasonable in price and very good. A wonderful hotel!"

"Location is ideal for visiting the Sanctuary of Lourdes as it is located just a short 3 minute walk to the entrance. We stayed in a double room and the room is clean and comfortable and bathroom is large with natural light. Highly recommended if you’re driving since there is a parking lot at this hotel."

"I have always stayed in Panorama Hotel every time I go to Lourdes. The staff are very helpful and kind. I used to go for breakfast but choices are limited. However, the dinner buffet is pretty sumptuous. My last stay this September was a bit disappointing because me and my friend were bitten by bedbugs. It was all around our arms and the doctor confirmed they were from the bedbugs. I hope management will address this issue for health reasons."
