"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"The Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the Lourdes Sanctury and local shopping. However plan well for travel to the hotel from the lourdes train station since its difficult to get a taxi or Uber. We finally took a local bus #L5 which stops at St. Joseph Gate of the Sanctuary very close to hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and modern and very spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and got us a taxi for the travel back to train station. Breakfast was great with many choices and our option also included custom omelets. Would definitely recommend it and come back again if revisiting."
