It was good option on the route to Switzerland and comfortable, only I had some difficult experience with their online reception to find my room, they gave me room number and while I was trying to open it someone else opened and was inside. Actually it was her room and I had to call back again and get right number and access code, so make sure you setup this with them before you arrives.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems.

La chambre est satisfaisante, cependant, compte tenu d'une température extérieure de 28°C, la mise en marche du système de climatisation aurait été un atout considérable. Par ailleurs, nous avons constaté un manque d'hygiène dans la salle de bain.
