"Some more deep cleaning would always be appreciated and welcome. The kitchen ware and rice cooker out of date for Western expectations. Baygon necessary. No balcony as mentioned in the ad. Safe and excellent security. Great location. Shops and fastfood near. Laundry near."

"The property was small but comfortable for 2-3 people. It has a small kitchen so you can do your own cooking. No laundry facilities so you have to go outside of the property to do laundry."

"This place is new, but beware. When you check in, Be sure you check everything first, do inventory of what they have and take pictures of everything like carpet stain, broken glasses etc. Report to the manager right away. They might charge you a ridiculous amount of money if they found something that they think you damage it after you check-out. Pay only in credit card just in case."
