"I had a great stay at the Mövenpick Hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had great air conditioning. The bar staff was also very friendly and engaging. They gave helpful recommendations for food, drinks, and activities, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient, especially if you are flying. The airport is just a short walk across the street. The only downside was the laundry facility. Since I had been traveling for several days, I needed to wash clothes, but I was told the laundry area was only available for flight crew members. It would have been nice for all guests to have access. Overall, I had a very good experience and would stay here again."

"Manchmal kommt man an einem Urlaubsort an und fühlt sich sofort wohl – genau so war es hier.Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Perfekt für zwei Personen, aber auch für eine kleine Familie absolut ideal. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist super bequem, aber auch die Schlafkammer ist super süß und zweckmäßig. Der Gastgeber ist einfach großartig – herzlich, offen und immer für einen netten Plausch zu haben. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Dazu gibt es jede Menge Tipps für alles, was die Umgebung zu bieten hat. Nach wenigen Minuten hat man eher das Gefühl, Freunde zu besuchen als eine Ferienwohnung gemietet zu haben.Ein echtes Highlight ist die Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Dort kann man nach einem langen Tag wunderbar zusammensitzen, den Abend ausklingen lassen und ganz unkompliziert mit den anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kommen. Es herrscht eine entspannte, familiäre Atmosphäre, die wir so selten erlebt haben.Betzenstein selbst ist herrlich ruhig. Trotzdem ist alles Wichtige schnell erreichbar. Und für Kletterer? Ehrlich gesagt ein kleines Paradies. Gefühlt wartet hinter jeder zweiten Kurve schon der nächste Felsen. Viele sind sogar bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, für die anderen braucht man nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto.Wir sind als Gäste gekommen und mit dem Gefühl gefahren, ein neues Lieblingsplätzchen gefunden zu haben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen wieder!!!!"

"I enjoyed this hotel in Erlangen and my only regret is that I didn't get to explore more of Erlangen itself. Most of what we were doing was in Nuremberg proper, which is about a half hour total travel time (trains and walking) each way from this hotel. The nearest train stop is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. There's a little breakfast place a few steps away from the hotel and it was very good. The hotel itself has a large lobby that is essentially open all night as well, but I do not believe you can order food. There's vending machines though, and staff are great. Just note that you do need to make use of public transit if you're travelling from this hotel to Nuremberg because Uber/Taxi will be at least €60 each way otherwise. Nuremberg is expensive like nothing I've ever seen in Germany lol but staying in Erlangen offset the costs a lot, so don't be afraid to learn the train systems to make use of this hotel a little further away from the main areas."
