"This hotel is immaculate. A beautiful building that has been meticulously restored and brought up to date. Perfect location in Beverly Hills at the bottom of Rodeo Drive. We’d had a 15 hour journey and they managed to find us a room before the allotted check in time. I’d give 5 stars just for this. The suites are amazing. Among the best rooms I have stayed in. Huge. Cut restaurant and bar is great. The service and staff were wonderful. We had an issue with our room (a bath in the room above had overflowed). Within an hour of reporting the hotel team had moved us to a new room. You can tell the quality of staff by the way they respond to challenges. A great hotel. "
