"Augusto was wonderful! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I stay at this hotel frequently and always enjoy my visits. The hospitality keeps me coming back!"

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious bathroom, a large TV, and a balcony. Sadly, we were only there overnight but the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is also great. Will definitely return to this beautiful hotel when I am back in LA."
