"Except for the 5 smoking guests on the bench to the right of the door the property would of gotten an excellent score. There needs to be a designated smoking spot away from the hotel. Maybe at the top of the parking lot in the back. Other than that we really liked our stay. It was really clean and comfy with staff to match. The kids loved the breakfast and got full. Said they had lots of options. Is a place we would stay at again if ever in the area. "

"We stayed in the Witches Cottage room and it was more than I expected. Yeah, there’s pictures but nowadays things can be filtered. The photos are accurate. The property is more of a motel setting but the rooms are incredibly updated. I’d definitely suggest this place for the Salem vibe"

"This is a standard no frills motel that’s run very well- they are continuously updating and many of the rooms are redone- the older ones are still nice and the people and staff who run it are efficient and friendly- they can also accommodate strange checkin times- what’s key for this review is comparison, most motels of this price point and type are far worse- Knights Inn does a great job. "easy and quick access to the streets since our goal was to walk around salem. during a big heat warning we were able to go back and forth and take breaks in the hotel. front desk girls were very nice."

"As you pull into the property there’s a beautiful fountain. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and offered dining suggestions. The rooms are amall and microwaves aren’t provided. "
