Wir, Familie mit Kinder, hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Biarritz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Auto kann sicher auf dem privaten Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Der lokale Ansprechpartner und die Vermieterin sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement propre et bien entretenus assez grand, il y a tous ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, les lits sont confortables, la résidence est calme dans un quartier peu bruyant, il y a une place de parking pour une grande voiture, idéale pour des vacances à Biarritz,

Appartement bien aménagé, neuf et bien équipé en centre-ville. Tous les commerces sont proches et la grande plage à 5 mn à pied. Idéal, le parking sur place. Le responsable des clés est efficace et très sympathique. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Wir (Familie mit 2 größeren Kindern) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und wundervolle 2 Wochen in Biarritz genossen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und man ist sofort zu Fuß im Zentrum. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind ganz dicht. Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Hof. Dort steht das Auto trocken und sicher. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, in jedem Raum einen Fernseher, freies WLAN, ... Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Vieles war in den Meeresfarben (blau/türkis) und auf einander abgestimmt, selbst ein Teil des Geschirrs. Was uns positiv überrascht hat ist, dass die Wohnung sich nicht stark aufheizt, obwohl sie im Dachgeschoss ist. Die Innentemperaturen waren sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt mit der Vermittlungsagentur war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Heerlijk appartement in het centrum van Biarritz. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De eigen parkeerplaats is een verademing. Prima vakantie doorgebracht!

D'accord avec les avis précédents . Excepté la propreté : placards de cuisine remplis et sales et même de la nourriture entamée pour animaux , confitures entamées et moisies .... vêtements "combinaison " laissé dans les tiroirs d'une chambre. Le réfrigérateur à du mal à rafraîchir à changer .

Mes enfants et moi ont passé un séjour formidable . Un boulanger artisanal juste en bas de la résidence .Des restos ainsi qu'un bar à vin de qualité situés sur la même rue . La plage et le centre ville a deux pas . Le bus pour Saint Sebastian ainsi que l'office de tourisme à deux minutes à pied. C'est génial !!!! . L'appart était propre et au top . Un accueil de première classe !!!

Prettige rustige centrale plek, dichtbij strand, winkels en mooie kust. Stokbrood en croissantjes, tree trappen naar beneden. Catalaanse cider aan de overkant bij de groentevrouw.
