Great location and view

I love the apartment and the location was perfect. Unfortunately, communication was very poor. There were some issues I intended to communicate to the hosts but my emails and texts were mostly ignored. Checking was poor, we were not given the code to get into the building after hours. ( luckily a resident gave it to us). Basic supplies ( hygienic paper) was missing. I was finally advised by the manager that it’s my job to buy it. Coming from the USA , we are not used to having to think about shopping for toilet paper for a two day stay. Other than that Biarritz is a great town, which I have visited many times. Next time , I will try to find a host that owns the property, instead of a management firm. They are usually more attentive to guest needs. What was baffling there was no attempt at trying to solve my issues and definitely never an apology.

Lage perfekt, Sauberkeit und Stauraum lassen zu wünschen übrig.

Die tolle Lage trug maßgeblich zum schönen Urlaub bei. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war beim Start sehr gut, bei der Abreise leider nicht mehr.

Zeezicht, privacy, gemak.

Het appartement was voorzien van een keurige keuken, sanitair en bedden. Het balkon met zeezicht zonder inkijk van buren was relaxed. Beneden sta je midden in de stad en ben je binnen enkele minuten op het strand. Biarritz is niet te druk maar is vooral gezellig druk. Ideaal voor een weekje zon/zee/strand/rust/restaurant.
