Welcome to your apartment! This 70 m2 duplex is located in the Chelitz/Saint Martin neighborhood. Its rooftop with Jacuzzi and plancha will surely captivate you. It's the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation in Biarritz whether you are a family or a group of friends.
To access the apartment, you'll find it on the 2nd floor of the building (no elevator). Upon entry, you'll be enchanted by the welcoming and warm atmosphere of this apartment. You will find everything you need to facilitate your stay: linens, towels, and hygiene products for your comfort.
The apartment features a large living room with a sofa, a dining table for 6 people, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric hob, extractor hood, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, dishwasher, and washing machine. It has two closed bedrooms and a third duplex bedroom with 140 beds and storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
But the major highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly its panoramic terrace. Relax in the Jacuzzi, let yourself be soothed by the calming bubbles. The large outdoor table is perfect for alfresco dining. Additionally, a plancha is at your disposal. Sun loungers also invite you to laze around and enjoy the sun in peace.
The included services for your stay are:
- Welcome Products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Linens and Towels: Bed linens are provided and beds are made upon your arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface Cleaning at the End of Stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

**Advantages:**

**Disadvantages:**
- No elevator in the building; you will need to climb 2 floors with your luggage. Our team can assist you if you arrive with one of our members.
- No private parking space but free parking on nearby streets and the proximity to a free parking lot, Parking Floquet.

## Transit
If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:
- Free Shuttle N11: This free shuttle serves the city center and the Lighthouse. The stop is less than 100 meters from your starting point, making it very convenient. You can check schedules and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: A quick and convenient option for getting around Biarritz. Allow about 10 minutes to reach the SNCF train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or in the surrounding areas. It is recommended to check the signage to avoid parking violations.
- Biarritz has bike lanes available for cycling.

Here is information regarding booking conditions and check-in options with Homies Holidays:
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to organize your stay.
- You have two options for check-in:
- Self check-in at any time from 16:00 onwards. In this case, you will receive instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
- Be greeted by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 16:00 and 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 21:00, the supplement will be 50 euros.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation with a supplement.
