"Sind Sie über 1,85 m gross und wollen Sie nicht auf Wi- Fi verzichten ist das Windsor nicht die 1. Wahl. Kurzes Bett und kein stabiles Internet über unseren 4 tägigen Aufenthalt. Auf Nachfrage konnte das Hotel keine Verbesserung anbieten. Einziges Plus die Lage. Die Annehmlichkeiten am Strand sind bei Expedia falsch beschrieben, es gibt nur in Beachtuch."

"The property is centrally located with clean and modern rooms. There was a good selection and variety of foods for breakfast. The hotel offers beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. for guests' use which is a very nice touch. We found all staff, especially reception to be friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending the Mercure Biarritz and would definitely stay again."

"Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again."

"The staff was very helpful. We loved the room and balcony. The breakfast was delicious. Such a beautiful spot!"

"Great location near the beach and a solid breakfast"

"Lovely place. Room are very clean. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Thanks for great hospitality"

"A wonderful boutique hotel in an excellent location with very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms and beautiful garden sitting area. What more do you need! Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is excellent and great location. It really punches above it's weight and it is much more on par with 4 star establishments. The staff are always super nice and helpful, rooms are great and clean, the air con is probably the best I've experienced in any European hotel and they offer loads of great added extras to guests that make you feel very well looked after. The location is great for being very close to the main beaches. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Biarritz. Special thanks...

"Excellent in every way!"

"Great location"

"Nice room with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby"

"Great location"

"La suite était superbe. L’hôtel est bien situé. Le prix est un peu cher"

"Lovely hotel right in the middle of the old town close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a superior double room which was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Whilst we didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel due the abundance of super cafe’s all within a few minutes walk of the hotel it was available and looked good. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great service, great location and a great place to relax in Biarritz"

"Perfect location: hotel is located in the downtown. about 5 minutes walking to Plage du Port Vieux, or La Grander Plage, or to the Halles de Biarritz market. Excellent service and wonderful staff. The hotel has been recently renovated and offers everything needed for an extended stay."

"Loved this hotel"

"Magnifica situación, habitación sencilla pero limpia, balcón con maravillosas vistas y a un paso de todo"
