"Great location near the beach. Easily walkable to the lighthouse, shopping, bars and restaurants and cute neighborhoods. The staff was very helpful and the spa was a nice amenity. We loved the bathrobes and extra deep soaking tub!"

"This is a high end hotel, large plush room, comfortable bed. No view from our room except another building. But very well placed for all the main attractions. "

"We liked this hotel very much even though the room was rather small and cozy. Check in was very easy as the gentleman in front knew it was us checking in (given we landed on the last flight of the night). Again, our room was small but it had everything we needed. The shower is a shower stall in the middle of the room which was unique. Our room had a balcony (we were on the 2nd floor so not very high up) and we had a nice view of the Grande Plage. The fridge was not cold, however. Breakfast was good and had ample options (toasts, croissants and pain au chocolate, yogurts, cottave cheese, French-style scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, veggies and fruits, lox and hard boiled eggs. Service was friendly. Do note no gym or pool but they have towels for the beach. Front desk can get you a taxi to the train station or airport or day trips. We would stay again."

"The hotel is rather quirky on first impression, however it was really nice place to stay. Everything seemed to immaculately clean and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The establishment appeared to be a bit out from the centre but in reality wasn’t. The cathedral could be reached in less than a 15 minute walk and the T1 bus to Biarritz stopped outside. This ran to Biarritz every 15 minutes and the fare was only €1.5. The breakfast were excellent and good quality. There is a small range of food in the evening but ‘small plates’ are available in the club. More substantial meals would necessitate a walk to the centre, although there is a food hall nearby that offers a wide range of food styles. We found this perfectly adequate and had a very good atmosphere. In conclusion we were very impressed with the OKKO offering that were previously unaware of and will definitely consider these hotels in the future. "

"We stayed for one night on our way to Pamplona. The hotel is ideal for a stopover which is what I imagine most people use it for. Room was quite spacious and the breakfast offering was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stopover. "

"Fantastic view from our flat and balcony 2nd floor onto the City and the Grande Plage with the emblematic lighthouse of Biarritz. We spent 5 fantastic days, and strongly recommend this hotel for the best couple / romantic / scenic / adventurous / tasteful experience of Biarritz.
