The hotel is in a lovely setting, the reception staff were very pleasant . The rooms were clean. Unfortunately the condition of the room and hotel was a different matter. It looks like it could do with a complete upgrade as it seemed tatty and in communal areas to be really run down. If money was spent in the right way because of its setting could be a wonderful hotel. Cannot comment on the restaurant as we did not eat in it.

Nice hotel, but poor air con

The hotel is a little dated now and would benefit form a refurbishment. Our room was clean but the air con was totally inadequate for the temperatures outside. I doubt it got below 25 in the bedtoom all night. The hotel has a nice pool inside and out, however its open to the public also and guests do have to pay (€34.30 for 2 adults and a child) which was.a bit much.

If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is!

The room wasn’t very special but still clean and slightly upgraded. The pool was great but wasn’t included in the stay. The restaurant had very good and economic options. Good for a short stay.

L’hôtel est bien situé pour les curistes. Il aurait besoin d'un petit rajeunissement et modernisation. Les chambres ont une bouilloire mais il est difficile de la brancher car pas de prise sur la table/bureau. Il faut mettre la bouilloire par terre. En ces temps de fortes chaleurs la climatisation était plutôt faiblarde. C’est dommage car l’hôtel a de gros atouts.

La.climatisation n'est pas dimensionnée pour cette taille d'établissement et pour de fortes chaleurs, la température en chambre est donc restée de nuit autour de 30°. Les baies vitrées toute hauteur exposées au sud et sans volet n'aident pas. En été et malgré l'absence de clim efficace, une seule petite bouteille d'eau est offerte pour 3 personnes. Les horaires du centre aquatique ne sont pas étendus, de 10h à 20h30 seulement, et le tarif n'est pas réduit non plus malgré les conditions dégradées de l'hébergement. Les baies vitrées de chambres étaient ouvertes à notre arrivée laissant rentrer les 42° extérieurs en chambre. L'espace aquatique est propre et bien agencé. Le personnel de réception fait de son mieux.

Le repas du restaurant est top ainsi que le petit déjeuner, vraiment beaucoup de choix. Cependant dommage que sur l'application il nous est pas indiqué que l'accès au spa piscine etc est payant et que seulement 2 types de maillots de bain sont autorisés. Résidence senior et Publicité mensongère sur le site! Hotel ressemble plus a une résidence senior qu'a un Hotel la clientèle mais aussi les infrastructure et la déco qui n'a pas du être revu depuis les années 1990. Heureusement c'est propre . La mise en avant sur l'offre de la piscine et de la salle de sport se fait contre un paiement de 17 h pour 2 h . Quand je leur ai signalé que ce n'était pas mentionné sur l'annonce ils m'ont rétorqué que c'était hotel.com qui n'avait pas mentionné, je leur ai répondu que leur service marketing aurait du vérifier l'annonce. J'ai envoyé un message d'assistance sur le site je n'ai pas eu de réponse écrite de leur part.
