House Rules:
* A strictly NO-SHOES-IN-THE-HOUSE rule for this house. Guest MUST take off their shoes before walking upstairs.

* NO FOOD derived from pigs (e.g: pork or bacon)
* NO SMOKING
* RESPECT our neighbourhood and please keep the noise down
* Leave the house CLEAN and TIDY
* WASH all dishes and cups after use in the dishwasher
* EMPTY Dryer’s water container after used (located on the top left of the dryer, just pull it under the BEKO’s sign, drained it in the sink and please put it back)
* Leave the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer door OPEN after use
* If spilt something on bedding and needed CHANGE, please take the spare one behind the PRIVATE sign door next to Room 01.
* DON’T remove furniture and fittings in the house unless you need to use the sofabeds
* TURN OFF all lights and heater before leaving the house
* LEAVE the keys back in the locked key box after CHECKOUT
* If the rubbish bin is full during your stay, please CHANGE it with a new bin bag (provided under the sink) and take it to our bin at the corner of the house
