"Once you make it past the front desk staff, with zero personality, the hotel is clean and well kept. Only issue was the shower is definitely not elderly friendly. We had to lay a towel on shower floor as it was very slippery and no grab bars at all, which I thought every hotel has anymore. We had to ask to have toilet tissue, kleenex and coffee pods as room is not serviced daily. Would have been nice if they would at least check on these items daily. Breakfast was good as we stayed here for five nights, so that was a good way to start every morning. Attached restaurant was a perk. "

"Everything was well appointed. However the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the lobby area and non smoking section of the casino. This was not the case on the last visit."

"The staff is amazing! Our room was huge, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was phenomenal. My biggest complaint is that even though there was no smoking signs all over, smoking was still permitted. Mainly in the casino but you could still smell it everywhere. "

"Room was pretty clean, top sheet over the comforter needs to be thrown out. It was very stained. Bathroom only offered shampoo and the shower faucet needed to come with instructions. Twist left, then jimmy and shake to the right while pulling out. 😉 It was a nice stay for a quick cheap hotel. "

"Room was pretty clean. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Room was switched to one that was on the other side of the hotel. Did see a roach in the dining area on the couch. Could have gotten a cheaper rate by just calling the Hotel directly."

"Dinner was amazing. Smash potatoes were amazing. Wife loved the salmon. River view is what we needed. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only complaint I have is as nice as the room we had, the connection room the amount of noise and sounds you get from the neighbor was ALOT. More than expected for the price. Other than that. Wonderful stay. "

"I was charged an extra $3.87 above the price on the expida app. I'm not sure why. The check in staff was not very welcoming. I have no incentive to use Savana Inn and Suites again."
