We had a disappointing experience for a Valentines Day weekend with the hot tub suite. We specifically chose the hot tub suite for the hot tub and the jets didn’t work. On top of that, our family got the flu the day before our booking and management would not accommodate our request to change dates. We didn’t want to cancel and get a refund we just wanted to change the dates of the booking so we didn’t risk others getting sick. Overall just a disappointing experience with the room and management not helping us.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to all of the places we wanted to check out. The rooms were very clean and spacious, as was the hotel and property. The shuttle services provided to and from the different hot spots was a nice perk and “Rex” our driver added a lot of fun and humor to our trip. We would definitely stay here again!
