"A really nice city hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. All the staff I met were friendly and accommodating. A special meeting for Leila on reception for her kind and welcoming smile. Next time I visit Birmingham, I will choose the Clayton."

"It was fine. At first I thought the reception lady was a little rude, but later on realised she's just abrupt. I didn't like I had to pay extra to check in 30 mins early. If it was me, and a room was already free, I'd just let the person in if they're there. The corridoors were kept clean. The room was extremely simple and depressing as you would expect from an Ibis budget. The toilet was in a cupboard and the sink was in the room. If you're just using it as a base I'm sure it's fine. "

"Very comfortable and clean, efficient check in - good to have on site car park. I'd suggest introducing EV charging which would have made my life easier. Beware the Air-con switches itself off but was otherwise very good."
