Condo Resorts in Bicol

The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. Staff was very nice and courteous. The resort itself is very nice and serene. I just wish they would have more extra bedding coz they couldn’t give me an extra pillow

The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , they’ve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is there’s no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort.

Convenient

Location is great, comfy bed, nice staff, breakfast was good, prompt shuttle service. I’m glad that I made the right choice. We’ll definitely stay there again. Only comment is, I have to wait for 20 minutes when checking out because they have to check all the towels in the room which is no big deal.

This property is brand new and everything looks perfect. I’m from the US and I’ll say that staying in this hotel made me feel that I didn’t leave the country. The property is very clean and located just across the mall. Their good size gym and the pool are my favorites. Rate is reasonable. This place is highly recommended by a very picky person like me.

The staff are all very friendly. The front desk are always very helpful and knows what they’re doing. Restaurant staff needs more training on customer service. It takes forever for them to take our orders considering there are so many of them just hanging around doing nothing.

The day staff at the front desk especially the lady who helped me with my laundry was awesome. i failed to get her name.

The inside of the hotel is very modern and upscale compared to how things look all around - it was beyond what i had expected. The staff was friendly and did their best to let me check in early; meanwhile the check out process was very fast and hassle free - no surprise charges or anything like that.
