Nautical Rose in the West

Comes with daily beach parking pass for Fortunes Rocks beach and Biddeford Pool beach. 1,850 square feet, very clean, minutes to beach, pet friendly, fully fenced-in huge yard. Within walking distance to 2 local markets. New gas grill and stone firepit. Elliptical machine and free weights. Playset, swings and slide. Friendly hosts that want you to have the best, most enjoyable vacation possible!

THINGS TO DO WHILE @ NAUTICAL ROSE ON WEST:
The "Biddeford Pool" is actually a beach: the name is confusing!
You are 9 minutes from 2 beaches: "Fortunes Rocks" and Biddeford Pool (house comes with daily beach parking pass)
There are several nice playgrounds in the area.
Amusement Parks: "Funtown Splashtown" and "Aquaboggin" are a 15 minute drive away.
"Old Orchard Beach pier" is also 15 minutes away with a large arcade and carnival rides on the beach (called "Palace Playland") **They have a free fireworks display every Thurs night as well!
Kids really enjoy "Monkey Trunks"- an interactive zip lined climbing forest play park 10 minutes away.
There are many ice cream shops and fun mini golf courses in the area.
And in the next town over- about a 12 min drive is the "Saco Drive In Theatre"- for an outdoor movie night :)

Entire house is yours!
Our family of four will be residing about 15-20 minutes from house on other side of town for the summer but are accessible in person in case of emergency and always accessible and happy to answer questions via phone.

Always available via text or call should questions arise!

Included beach permit is for one vehicle. Additional permit available for $65 fee. Please provide host with car registration number prior to arrival in order for her to go to city hall during business hours and retrieve it so you have it ready for your arrival.
