Sunny Cottage

A newly renovated 700 sq ft cottage in a beloved farmhouse. The cottage sleeps 4 with a second-story bedroom including a king and queen bed and ensuite bathroom. In the living room, there is also a cozy twin daybed. Check-in is seamless with keyless entry and includes a washer and dryer, fire pit, two parking spaces, and one dog under 50 lbs welcome. Under 10 minutes from the interstate, UNE, Amtrak, some of the most beautiful beaches in Maine, and several fantastic restaurants and breweries.

Very comfortable, well appointed duplex. There was everything we needed with great appliances and air conditioning. We enjoyed the outside areas in the sun. Biddeford is a good location for exploring southern Maine

This location was perfect for meeting up with friends already staying in the area. The house is easy to get to and is well appointed. We like to cook during our stays on the road and we had access to many kitchen tools and even a grill. While we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it, there is even a fire pit area out back. Our hosts were great communicators and we are grateful they allow dogs. Also fabulous to have access to a washer and dryer.

60th birthday celebration!

Super clean, well stocked with all essentials, plenty of pillows and towels, hosts who were welcoming and appreciative of our presence. Location is convenient to beach, shopping and hiking. Price is very fair for the space and privacy we enjoyed. Check in and check out were seamless.

Loved our stay in this cute little cottage. The rocks up behind the home are absolutely stunning and fun for pups to hike up on. If you're bringing a pet, just a heads up that there is a pet fee. I didn't realize that because I booked through Expedia.

Great spot in Biddeford

Everything was perfect. Hosts were super-responsive and gracious. Location was a short drive from Hills Beach and downtown Biddeford. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Our family of three and two dogs felt very much at home and didn’t lack for anything. We absolutely loved our stay.

Excellent cottage

The attached cottage was well stocked and comfortable with all new appliances and plenty of furniture. It was just few miles from the ocean, Portland, and Ogunquit and Kennebink areas. Highly recommended.

A Comfortable Place

The property was clean, airy, well-stocked with paper products, nice towels, matching dishes, detergent for dishes, laundry products, and everything we needed during our stay. The owners live on the property, which was comforting, in case we needed them. It was convenient to sightseeing and beaches. The property is well maintained. We had a great stay.

Loved Sunny Cottage

We stayed just one night while we visited Maine and NH. Would have loved to stay longer. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor space, but it looked lovely! The space was perfect with two beds upstairs and a large bathroom. Will come back if ever in the area. Loved it!

The house was spotless and the communication with our host was flawless. We loved our stay. We were able to go the beach by bicycle, which we loved. And the grocery store is very close. Long weekend stay for UNE graduation

This impeccable cottage had everything my family needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Biddeford. Although we did not spend much time in the cottage itself due to UNE graduation festivities, we totally would have enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful rock garden and fire pit had time allowed. Echo, the host, was friendly, pleasant and receptive. I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Beautiful, comfortable place close to the heart of Biddeford

This attached cottage was recently finished and it shows. For our stay it was exceedingly clean and all of the fixtures and furniture seem barely used. We also appreciated the two-story floorplan: Unlike in a hotel room, I could be downstairs watching TV while she went up to bed. Located on a main suburban street, it's just a short drive to hip downtown Biddeford, and we used it as a home base to also explore Saco and Orchard Beach.

Very nice quiet place just out of town.

We loved this place. The cottage was perfect for us. It was very clean and well equipped with every thing we needed. The bed was comfortable. We did some laundry which was a big help. Not too far from Biddeford. It was in a very peaceful location and very restful. We wished we could have stayed longer but we planned for a stop further up the coast in Rock. We both thought it was the best out of our three VRBO locations on this trip.

Property was immaculate secondary to attentive hosts! Location, location, location! Very short distance to Biddeford, Kennebunkport & Ogunquit. As a photographer, brought back beautiful fall pics of the coast. This property was pet friendly so I was able to bring my therapy dog. Coming back!

Good four night break.

A very positive stay in Biddeford! Easy to reach beaches and mountains. It was a convenient “between Hotels” stop on our 2500 mile road trip as we were able to wash some clothing. Echo and family had been a great help from our first contact with them earlier this year. Many thanks. Adrian and Elwen
