"This was a nice hotel for some down time. It is out in a more rural area and super quiet. There is a nice patio or balcony on each room to have a drink, enjoy the scenery and relax for a bit. We had been travelling for days and it was nice to just unwind for a night. We ate at their restaurant which served authentic German food which was really good. The price point for this hotel is more than reasonable for the quality of service snd comfort. "

"This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two"
