"Room was clean. Excellent location. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy at the D-parking lot. The drug store next to the hotel is convenient for late night shopping or a quick grab."
"Perfect location! Very convenient place to stay as a tourist. The hotel is located on the 5th floor of aeon mall. Right beside the JR station and in front of the bus terminal. Easy to get to places of interest like the must visit zoo. Breakfast is provided. There are also many good food options in the mall. Room is very very big with proper shower and bath tub separately. Love this configuration. For japan standard, this is considered a very good size room. There is a lovely park right in front of the Jr station which we love to take our evening walks. Onsen wise is nice and good size. Just a little crowded when it’s peak hours. Pyjamas and hotel slippers to the onsen is provided . Coin laundry is available too. 3 washer and 3 dryers. This is the most comfortable stay of our 2 weeks in Hokkaido. Felt pampered. Too bad we only stayed for 3 nights and it was at the end of our furano and biei trip… Would love to plan to stay here longer in our next trip, using this hotel as our base to visit furano and biei. Highly recommended."
"There is parking for cars
Very clean and beautiful home!
Amenities were all there!
There are also shampoo, soap and conditioner provided!
Awesome stay we had!"
"I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The rooms were clean and the owner was so incredibly kind. She built a beautiful hotel all on her own and her garden is immaculate. You also have the added bonus of overlooking one of the famous flower gardens from your bedroom!
*FYI the hotel is just another 15 seconds drive down the hill from where Google Maps says it is.*"
"Helpful staff, clean, nice onsen. Mechanized parking but free and parking assistance/attendants (they only tell you which machine to park in, and recall your car when you need it) were quick."
"Really nice and clean room, huge and spacious, 2 parking lots provided, mini fridge and free shared washing machines. At this price, its unbeatable. Looking forward to booking it again next time I am in Biei!"
