"Clean and cozy guesthouse. Breakfasts were delicious. Yamasan provided rides to local ski areas (and to medical appointments after my husband got injured); and both Yamasan and his wife were very helpful for organizing taxis and for shipping luggage. Arigato gozaimasu! "

"新しいオーナーさん方は一生懸命取り組まれていると感じました。 築年数から老朽化している部分は仕方がないと思いますが、泊まった部屋が浴室の上のせいか、夜遅くに入浴者がいなくなるまでそうおんに堪えねばなりません。 宿泊者の品行に寄りますが、自分が宿泊した日は残念ながら、ドアの開け閉め、廊下や階段の歩き方、廊下で話す声のトーンなど、散々な目にあいました。チェックイン時にマナー的なことを周知して下さると良いと思いました。 "

While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the paper-thin walls. Our room had a sliding door that opened into the main lobby area, so we could hear everything—footsteps, conversations, and any movement from other guests.
