Struttura nuova appena portata a nuovo. Non hanno l'asensore e scale molto ripide e non è indicato da nessuna parte, avevo 2 valigie grabdi e pensanti. La reception chiude ad orari variabili anche alle 17,00 se troni dopo e vuoi un bicchiere d'acqua non c'è modo, ma si paga come un albergo con la reception notturna. E' evidente che si sono messi di impegno ma che non sono del mestiere. La prima stanza che mi hanno dato era al 3° piano, piccolissima senza finestre e quando sono arrivato c'erano 28 gradi e non c'era modo di regolare la temperatura. La luce del bagno di accende e si spegne chiudendo o aprendo la porta, peccato che non cera scritto da nessuna parte, ho dormito con la luce accesa....dietro la testiera del letto c'è il pulsante della luce della camera, quando ti muovi e tocchi la testiera si accende o si spegne la luce...imbarazzante. ripeto con questi prezzi pretendo un servizio all'altezza.

Hotel is verbouwing; niet aan te bevelen

Prijs/kwaliteit is buiten verhouding. Men is aan het renoveren en dan moet je door de troep naar binnen lopen. Geen aangepaste prijzen; ik ga elke maand naar Biel en er zijn veel betere hotels tegen gunstiger prijzen!
